2. Products and information
We aim to display accurate product descriptions, ingredients, images and prices. Product packaging or appearance may change without notice.
Our products are wellness and nutritional products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition.
3. Orders
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received or approved.
ViDa reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where:
A product is unavailable
Incorrect pricing was displayed
Payment could not be verified
Fraudulent activity is suspected
4. Prices and payments
All prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise.
Available payment methods may include:
PayFast
PayPal
Electronic Funds Transfer
Other payment methods displayed at checkout
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.
5. Delivery and collection
Orders may be delivered through The Courier Guy, PUDO or another approved courier service. Collection may also be offered where arranged.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside ViDa’s control.
Customers must ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct before completing an order.
6. Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of nutritional and consumable products, opened or used products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Please contact ViDa within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The incorrect product was delivered
The product arrived damaged
The product appears defective
Products must be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable South African consumer law. South African online stores are subject to consumer-protection and electronic-transaction requirements.
7. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery and return costs may apply.
8. Promotions and competitions
Promotions, discounts and competitions may have separate rules, closing dates and eligibility requirements.
ViDa may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary.
9. Website use
You may not:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with the website’s security
Copy ViDa’s branding, images or content without permission
Provide false information when placing an order
10. Personal information
ViDa may collect personal information required to process orders, deliver products, respond to enquiries and manage customer accounts.
Personal information must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements, including POPIA. The Information Regulator is responsible for monitoring and enforcing POPIA compliance in South Africa.
11. Intellectual property
All ViDa logos, product images, website content, graphics and branding remain the property of ViDa or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
ViDa will not be responsible for losses caused by:
Incorrect use of a product
Failure to follow product instructions
Incorrect customer information
Courier delays outside ViDa’s reasonable control
Temporary website interruptions
This clause does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
ViDa may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The latest version will be published on this website.
